Parisian Chic- part deux

Ok, so today in the very stylish 6eme and 7eme on le Rue de Four, Rue de Saint Germain de Pres and le Rue de Rennes, I partook in a bit of shopping and cafe streetside peopel watching.  Ahh, what a wonderful way to spend the day!  Here is the scoop on what the Parisians are wearing now:

Arabic pants- the baggy ones that gather at the cuffs and kind of sag in the middle.  Worn in black and grey and paired with either heeled t-bar chunky sandals or black converses.

Capes- canvas ones that look like trenches, navy blue crocheted ones and draped cotton ones in beige and grey.

Skinny white pants- a summertime staple!  And acid washed and shredded jeans.

Leggings and bomber jackets - all in the winter hues of grey, brown and noir.

The classic black or navy blazer thrown over an easy white or striped tee paired with dark wash skinny jeans and ballet flats.

Accessories in royal blue and lavender purple: shoes, scarves, bags etc.

Headbands are seemingly here to stay and taking on an ever girly pin with delicate bows.  All colours but mainly black or a bright fuschia or yellow.

Cowboy boots- the new variety in a short ankle adaptation, mostly black but also some brown or slightly metallic.

Finally, every Parisian look is complete with a pair of Ray Ban Aviators- in both gold and silver.

All in all, pretty much a super fun scene with lots to work with and little ways to update for spring.  Hope this helps you jump start your international jet-setting look! Bisous!
