Dost my ears deceive me…? Did I hear that Porsche is to release a hybrid Panamera in 2011?!

Porsche has confirmed that the Porsche Panamera S Hybrid will hit the roads in 2011, making it the fifth version of the Panamera on sale.

According to autocar, the Panamera hybrid will use the same powertrain as theCayenne hybrid.

This means the vehicle will be powered by a 3.0 liter supercharged V6 engine developing 333hp and an electric motor with an additional 47 horsepower.

Well, I am glad that is settled- now I know what car I am going to get when I have need of one again. :)
