This past weekend Josh Spear joined me in Aspen for a little ski town vaca before Aspen Fashion Week kicked-off. That boy seriously does have an built-in ‘cool radar’. In about 10 minutes he picked out what we are both deeming the coolest shop in Aspen- Tenet. Chatting with the sales associate, and it all came together- the owners are originally from New York. Yep, starting to make sense…

The store is merchandised to allow you to wander through, discovering new pieces with every pass. The delicate and artistic compilations in the jewelry displays held our attention, and the balance of outerwear, designer fashion and casual cool layers was right on. Oh yeah, this one gets the two thumbs up from me because it carries C. Marchuska- the eco-designer label. Sweet.

They hosted one of the opening in-store event parties for Aspen Fashion Week, serving ginger beer with rum (another golden star awarded!). It was a super fun atmosphere with Aspen’s most fashionable mixing and mingling- probably sporting their outfits from this little mountain gem known as Tenet.
