I couldn’t agree more- at the TEDxEast conference in New York this past fall, a speaker made the same point. At first it feels a bit strange to accept that creativity flows from that which has already been created. But, once you wrap you head around it, you realize this truth and your mind begins to spiral off of this thought to imagine so many wondrous things inspired by the very things and people before you.
