Last night I attended the fourth annual charity:water ball! It was even more fabulous than last year, and the outfits were fierce!
One thing I noticed the most was a resurgence in the sequin trend. Lots of ladies were fluttering about casting sparkling shadows with their sequined frocks. The look that dominated was a short sequin dress (we’re talking mid to upper thigh) with an interesting neckline- either scooped or plunging- and longer sleeves.
It was truly wonderful to see all the ladies out looking their best in a trend that is so fun and fanciful.
If you didn’t make it to the ball, you can still give to charity:water and help them reach the goal of providing clean water to 1 billion people worldwide. Give up you holiday gifts and start a well, or donate on behalf of your giftees- now that is something that truly shines!
