If it scares you, do it.

Somewhat akin to the Yes Man motto- I have decided to adopt a certain “no fear” and “just do it” daily application. It just seems like there is too much out there that you miss out on when you don’t do something because it feels awkward or uncomfortable. It may be starting a conversation with a stranger, or walking into a dark room before the light has been turned on. Whatever it is, I urge you to confront those fears and just do it!

The benefits are twofold. First, you expand your life experiences and allow new people and opportunities to come in. Second, you build will power. Every time you use your will to do something that you felt adverse to or resistant because of habit or fear helps to promote a stronger will from within. Start with something small and continue to build until you know that you can do anything with will power and the right attitude.
