Gizmodo Gallery!

Yesterday, a friend of mine invited me to the Gizmodo Gallery- a pop up gallery to display the amazing and very geeky inventions of the site’s gadget savants. What unfolded was a playground for our inner nerd and tech-curious counter parts. Such a playground!

One gadget I bogarted for a good 15 minutes was the Ghostly Discovery App. A live streaming music service for your iPhone that allows you to adjust your level of tech or organic sound preference, coupled with a slow or fast beat. Once your preferences are set, the Ghost re-calibrates itself to stream an assemblage of music that corresponds to your set mood. New music, live wherever you go. Nice.

The Gallery is going on all weekend, so be sure to stop by at 267 Elizabeth St, off Houston. There are smart phones, Japanese toys, a musical band who uses lightening to produce their eclectic sound, video games and more! Put it on your calendar this weekend- believe me, it is worth it.
