Sometimes you just need someone to tell you what you already know. Someone to tell you that you are amazing and beautiful and strong. Someone to tell you that you don’t have to give your time and energy to just anybody or everybody. That it is okay to protect yourself and take time to reconnect with yourself and feel what is best for you- without being persuaded by other people (on the outside).

I for one, get overwhelmed with what is going on around me- my curiosity gets the best of me and I can’t say no to an opportunity to going somewhere or meeting someone. This last week I was finally told that I don’t have to say yes to everything and can keep some time for me sacred.

The thing is, I already knew this but just needed someone else to tell me. I hope I can be that person for you now. Let me just say, you are awesome, intelligent, talented, inspiring and wonderful and deserve to celebrate yourself making time only for all the people and things that make you happy.
