I think I may have crossed over to the dark side- the uber geeky side of the internet… I built and embedded my very own Hello Kitty MP3 player, and I don’t even have a degree in computer programing, nor do I speak Java!
You guys gotta try this! All you do is follow the link and instructions. You type in the name of your playlist, select your custom colors and then start searching for songs. It is a good little search engine too- I found about 80% of what I was looking for. But you do have to know the artists and song titles. Also, add the songs in the order you want them to play.
When you are finished creating your playlist, you click on the save link and it will take you through registration so you can keep track of your playlists. Finally it will prompt you with posting options. You can post to your Facebook profile, your bog, or any other page you have HTML access to. Simply follow the instructions and/ or copy the link to embed it in your site(s) of choice.
My Cool Kitty Summer Mix is a compilation of all my new favorite songs that I like to keep rolling in the background while I surf, email, blog… You can keep my site up and keep the playlist going- scrolling forward in songs by hitting the right paw of Kitty or pausing by touching the left one. I hope you enjoy my mix (I will leave it up for a bit until it drives me crazy or I can figure out how to change the code so that it doesn’t automatically start each time the page opens)- and I hope that this inspires you to make and share your own. Happy MP3ing. :)
