The chorus from the poetic hip hop group Eligh’s Universe will Provide- it makes you bob your head to the mellow beat and contemplate what you are doing and where you are going in life.  They nailed it.  You have to work towards a goal- a clear goal, and balance between pouring energy into now for the future with living in the moment.

The thing is, people don’t realize how important a goal is.  You easily lose sight of it and life rolls along, until one day you wake up and years and years have gone by and you are no closer to your goal.  Obviously the goal may change from when you first set it, but it is important to still have one that you put energy towards everyday.  

Speaking of energy- it has to be the right energy. So if you find yourself in a rut where your thoughts have become negative (it does happen to us all), you may not realize that those new thoughts you are fixated on have become your new goal.

Keep your mind clear from negation.  Define your goal and work towards it- even if you can only contribute mental visualization at first.  Speak your mind and the Universe will provide.
