Cobalt blue and Kelly green are key colors for SS12, but wearing them now, while the weather is still warm, feels just right too. I’ve also seen a lot of high waisted skirts and shorts on the New York SS12 runways, so this cobalt blue skirt is going to be perfect for next season.
