Every party needs a Wise Guy!
Just in case you are short on time (yes, seems to be the norm!) and you need to pick up a little something fun to bring to your next dinner party or perhaps to the New Years party coming up- do not fret, just get a few wise guys to bring along.

Tea time.
I am actually a tea connoisseur and I just recently learned that aside from pouring nearly boiling water over your tea bag to best release (and not burn) the flavors, there are most certainly proper steeping times- depending upon the type of tea.
White tea- 1 minute
Green tea- 3 minutes
Black tea- 5 minutes
Herbal tea- 7 minutes
